Rating work & getting credits back
Rate every delivery
When your assistant marks a piece of work complete, you'll be asked to rate it 1 to 5 stars. Rating is how you confirm the work — and it helps every assistant know how they're doing.

/services/requests, then click a job marked completed to open its detail page (/services/requests/{id}); the stars are under “How did it go?”]
A 1★ opens a credit-return review
Most ratings simply confirm the work. But a 1★ is not a confirmation — it tells us the delivery fell short, and it automatically opens a credit-return review.
Here's what happens on a 1★:
- The credits for that job are held while we look into it.
- Britta reviews what went wrong.
- If the review is upheld, your credits come back to your balance (usable for new work). Membership fees aren't refunded.
You have a 7-day window after a service is completed to rate it or report a problem. If you don't, it auto-confirms.
Recommendations
Delivered recommendations work the same way — rate 1★ and the payment is held for a credit-return review before it clears.
Reporting a problem without rating
You can also open a review directly from the Report a problem link on a completed job, or from the Support page — pick the job and tell us what fell short.
