Your free trial & membership

The first 7 days are free — no card

When you sign up you get 7 days free, and we don't ask for a credit card to start. During the trial you can add and edit everything in your household and try the assistant.

After the trial

When the 7 days are up, keep going for $9.99/month or $99/year. Membership is what lets you buy services, hold credits, and keep editing your household.

The moment you upgrade to a paid membership, you get 35 credits free — enough for one researched recommendation, on us.

Viewer-only (unpaid)

If the trial ends and you haven't upgraded, your account moves to viewer-only. Your data is safe and you can still see everything — you just can't edit, add, or buy services until you upgrade. Upgrade any time to pick right back up.

Family members

You can give people in your household free viewer access. They also get their own 7 free days to add their data. After that, editing needs a membership just like yours.

Only the account owner can change the subscription or buy credits. A family member you've granted permission to can apply the owner's credits to work — but the billing stays with the owner.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep viewer access to your data; membership features pause until you resubscribe.
