Credits, services & recommendations
How credits work
Assistant work is paid for with credits. One credit is worth about $1.
- A researched recommendation — where we vet a provider and hand you a clear pick — is 35 credits.
- Buy credits in $100 batches (100 credits). Credits never expire.
- Prefer a steady hand? The Assistant plan is $79/month and includes 100 credits every month.
When you upgrade to a paid membership you get 35 credits free — one recommendation on us.

Requesting a recommendation
Tell us what you need and how you want it — how many vetted options to see (up to three) and whether you're open to local, remote, web, or phone providers. Your assistant does the calling and comparing, then delivers a brief with a clear recommendation.
Each option you ask us to vet is 35 credits, so a three-option request is priced accordingly. You'll always see the cost before you commit.
Services are US-only
The organizing toolkit works worldwide. Assistant services are available in the USA and are gated on a US service ZIP — you'll be asked for a service ZIP the first time you request work.
Some services need an intro first
A few advanced services (like comparing estimates or disputing a bill) unlock after your first intro — a consultation, a Home Base setup, or a check-in — so your assistant knows your situation before diving into the deep end.
